Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of goods and services conducted through the Simplex Sciences website located at simplexsciences.com and through customer service correspondence with contact@simplexsciences.com for purchase orders. As used in these Terms and Conditions, “us” or “we” refers to Simplex Sciences. “You” refers to the customer or purchaser. 

By purchasing from Simplex Sciences, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

Price

We may change our prices at any time without notice. Prices we quote you through contact@simplexsciences.com are valid for 30 days, unless we state otherwise in writing. Our prices do not include any taxes, duties, or other governmental fees that may apply to your order. If they apply, it is your responsibility to appropriately pay them. If we pay them, you will be charged appropriately at checkout or you will be invoiced. If you claim any tax exemption, you must provide us with a valid, signed certificate or letter of exemption. 

Cancellation and Changes

Once an order has been placed, any request to cancel or modify an order must be approved by customer service. Cancellation requests will only be considered before orders have been shipped, and in this case, the order will be 100% refunded. If the order is a custom-made product, requests to cancel the order will not be approved. 

Penalty charges on receiving payment

Unless we have agreed to a specific payment schedule prior to placing an order, invoice payments are net 30, expected within 30 days of issue date. We offer a 10 day grace period before charging a 5% per month late fee on the remaining amount due.

Refund

If the product does not meet your expectations, please email contact@simplexsciences.com and we will do our best to address your concerns. Refunds may be considered upon evidence of a defect in quality that has not been caused by your failure to handle and store the products as indicated by the product insert and label. 

Shipping

As the purchaser, you agree to pay the FedEx shipping cost. Your FedEx account number should be provided at checkout or on the invoice to ensure proper billing. If you fail to provide a valid FedEx account number, you will agree to pay the shipping cost via invoice. Failure to provide proper FedEx documentation may result in a delay in processing and shipping. All goods sold will be suitably packed in our standard shipment packaging and shipped in accordance with our applicable specifications. Our shipping dates are only approximate, and we will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from any delay or problems in delivery. 

International shipping 

Unless otherwise agreed, you shall clear any imported goods at the point of entry and pay all relevant duties. In the rare event that your product shipment is held at customs, we will do our best to provide you with your country’s requirements for customs clearance.
